In 2014 The company entered the Italian market by acquiring the retailer Big Energia and one year later the number of customers on the Italian market multiplied through the acquisition of the customer portfolio of Compagnia Energetica Italiana.

Audax Germany
In 2015 The expansion into Northern Europe began with the establishment of the Audax Germany branch in Hoyerswerda, which later moved to the state capital Berlin and continued its growth from there.

Audax Poland
In 2016 Audax entered the Polish market by acquiring the Warsaw-based electricity and gas retailer Deltis Energía.

Audax Holland
In 2017 Audax entered the Dutch market by acquiring 72% of the Dutch electricity and gas retailer Main Energie, a benchmark company in the country, equivalent in size to Audax in Spain and ranked fourth in its country.

In 2020 Audax enters the Hungarian market through the acquisition of the electricity trader E.ON Energiakereskedelmi Kft. The company has a 25% market share in the highly competitive Hungarian market for SMEs, large industrial customers, and municipal customers.
