Switching suppliers typically takes three to six business days to process. During this time, you may receive a bill from your current energy supplier for the current billing period, but the new terms and conditions will apply in the next billing period.

In the event of a service disruption or interruption, you must contact the distribution company responsible for the quality of service. You will find your distribution company's toll-free telephone number at the bottom of your bills. Below, you will also find a list of distribution companies and their corresponding telephone numbers. To find out which distribution company is yours, simply look for the first four digits of your utility's CUPS (CUPS prefix), which you will find on each of your bills.
If you don't know how to identify this code, click on the following link ("How do I understand my invoice") and you will find an example invoice with all the components clearly described. You need to locate the CUPS.
Check the list below to find your distribution company. You can easily find it by searching for the numbers on your CUP.
