Customer service via WhatsApp

At Audax, we are launching a new customer service via WhatsApp to offer our customers a more direct and convenient way to contact us through one of the most used applications today.
With this new customer service channel, we already offer our customers more than 10 ways to contact us: free phone, email, chat, social networks, and now WhatsApp Business.
The mechanics are the same as for any other contact in your address book.
All you have to do is save the number in your contacts and send the request via the usual WhatsApp application.
The service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and you simply need to submit your request via your WhatsApp application. It's a personalized service that doesn't involve robots or chatbots, but rather people who are at your side, with whom we intend to offer personalized answers tailored to your needs.
